AVK Plast A/S acquires Klindt Plastindustri

As per 26th April, 2010 AVK Plast A/S has taken over all activities from Klindt Plastindustri A/S and continues to produce and serve customers from the address in Ribe. AVK has many years experience in servicing demanding customers and focus on high technical quality, such as see in AVK Gummi A/S - www.avkgummi.com  - and will continue to focus on this experience to ensure an optimal service to all customers in the new AVK Plast A/S. AVK Plast A/S is operated as a subsidiary of AVK Plastics BV in Holland - www.avkplastics.com  - and ultimately owned by AVK Holding A/S in Galten - www.avkvalves.com.

John Klindt is not affiliated with AVK Plast A/S, but will resume his activities in Klindt Industriudvikling A/S - former owner of Klindt Plastindustri A/S.
Klindt Industriudviklng develops and implement: Operational management, crisis management, strategy and process implementation in connection with interim management and board membership.
